Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, your order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order must contain all correct parts and components, and the packaging must have arrived exactly as the product.

  • Normal use of the product is self-evident; damage due to careless handling is excluded.

  • Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

  • The product is defective immediately upon receipt.
    We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
    A return will be processed within 7 business days and, if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed during this period.
    We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to begin the return process:

  2. Make sure the email includes the following information:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return request

    • Photo of the product in case of breakage

    • First and last name of the customer

    • Customer address
      We will contact you and provide you with the return address.
      Never return the return to the sender, we will send you the correct address after you request it. You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision, if the consumer is a natural person who concludes a contract for purposes not primarily related to his trade or business:

Right of cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you received or accepted the last goods.
Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are fulfilled as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible after receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is effective when we have received the goods. The return costs are borne by the buyer.

Recording of shipments in transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be extended transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them.
Of course, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance. To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we must reimburse you all payments received from you, with the exception of shipping costs (excluding supplementary costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this reimbursement.
